Winstead’s Fundraiser Delivers a Cool Breeze. Winstead PC gave back to the community with a fundraiser to help senior
citizens. At the suggestion of Winstead legal secretary
Susan Dunn in Austin, attorneys and support staff in each city purchased new fans for
seniors who need help staying cool.
The Woodlands Winstead office selected Interfaith of The Woodlands to distribute
the donated fans to those most in need. Winstead employees were asked to bring
a new fan to work and to have the fans delivered in time for the July 4th
weekend in order to provide freedom from the heat for the local seniors.
Approximately 16 fans were donated, 13 from Winstead employees and three from
the local Home Depot.
