2,579 square feet of living space. McVaugh presents Oasis Pointe Condominiums
and Townhomes overlooking Lake Woodlands. A total of 54 condominiums and 56,
three-story townhomes designed in the Southern Coastal style are offered by
McVaugh.
The enclave of East Shore is designed for pedestrians, with pathways shaded by
street trees, ornamental stonework, pedestrian bridges, sculptural elements and
formal garden parks. Olmstead Park, the largest park in the enclave at 2 1/2
acres, includes a pond, formal gardens and sculptural elements near the main
